      在微流控芯片通道上加入两种互不相溶的液体,将其中的分散相以微小体积单元(10fL-10nL)的形式和极快的速度(100-10000/秒)分散于连续相中,即可形成用作微反应器或微量生化样品载体的液滴。微流控芯片液滴已被认为是迄今为止最重要的微反应器,能提供一种在单分子和单细胞层面快速开展超大规模,超低含量反应的平台。目前,液滴微流控技术的主要产业应用为数字PCR核酸定量分析平台。
